The perfect way to commemorate a special game in history! The game is meticulously scored, resulting in an awesome 11" x 17" print.
For paper nerds: I'm using Red River Paper's 60lb. Polar Matte acid-free paper with archival inks. Keep the print out of direct sunlight, and it should last for a long time.
Prints come without a frame, but I'd definitely recommend one for longevity. I'm personally using the Upsimples line of frames on Amazon – good bang for buck – affiliate links below.

Oddly enough, Sharpie-type pens might be the best for this paper, with one caveat: the same witchcraft that makes the paper water-resistant also keeps ink from absorbing quickly, which can lead to smudging.
Baseball moves slow enough, it likely won't be an issue for most users. Once the ink is dry, it's locked in. But fast writers (and left-handed scorekeepers) may want to think twice on this paper choice.
As always, test your pen(s) on the cover sheet to see what will work the best.
