Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at 7-2 Double Play. The following are the terms and conditions that constitutes the Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

• All orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service.
• All orders should be processed within 3-5 business days. (It's very likely they will be turned around the very same day.) Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• Upon shipment, a tracking number will be emailed to the address used for purchase.
• In cases where materials are back-ordered which will cause a delay in shipping, you will be notified via email with updates.

Shipping rates + delivery estimates

Shipping is expensive these days, I do what I can to hold the costs down. Here's a rough guideline with how it works:

• For a single Square Scorebook, the cost is a flat $6.50 to the continental United States. Small Ball Scorebooks and art prints will be a little less.
• I try to consoliate packages where possible. My ecommerce platform doesn't do a great job of figuring in this consolidation. If I've overcharged for shipping, I'll get you a refund.
• Most shipments should be delivered within 3-4 days of mailing within the United States.
• I do offer international shipping, my postal service has an affordable way to ship across border. Flat rate of $11-$14 depending on the country.

Damages

Your scorebook/art print will be packed with extra care, and should survive the mailing process OK. If something is damaged during shipment, however, please let me know, and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

I hope you enjoy your scorebook, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, let's make it right.

Returns

• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Once I receive your item, I'll notify you of receipt and refund status. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. The initial shipping costs are nonrefundable.
